I agree...WOW!! I love these photos! What a carpet this must make when the petals fall off. It kind of reminds me of a tree that blooms in purples (similiar looking flower) but the leaves are like the wings of a butterfly...? not sure of the name. Thanks for sharing these! Lynn

We have a similar tree in Sri Lanka with crimson red flowers called Mai mal (May flowers)
They bloom in the month of May..
