Kumarakam Houseboats

I went to Kumarakam for boating in a houseboat a few days ago.
Kumarakam is an important tourist center in Kerala (India) exceptionally for backwater cruising in houseboats.
These are snaps got for you.....

Well, that was really neat!! I DID enjoy that. Your houseboats are really quite different from the ones I have seen and are quite unique. Very fun post... I like it!

Lovely places! The boats in front of houses photos look like areas of southern Papua. The boats are similar.

Was it fun to stay on the houseboat?

I've just 'discovered' this blog now... Wonderfull shots! My favourite so far is the view from a house boat posted on March 8th, but they all are fantastic!

Ohhh it looks like a lovely village in Kerala blessed with natural rare gifts on the lake. Houseboating, fishing and sightseeing experiences that should be too exhilarating.
